In 2009 Jaime traveled to Buenos Aires and decided within days it was time for a change.  Within weeks she parlayed her two week vacation into an indefinite move to Argentina!  Since then she has been enjoying living and working in the heart of the cosmopolitan city of Buenos Aires.  After over 12 years in the San Francisco real estate market and over 17 years in the industry, she has taken her expansive real estate knowledge and created her own South American niche. Craving a shift in professional focus it was the perfect time to make a move, learn a new language and offer her years of real estate expertise to the local, sometimes ambiguous, market.  In fact, only 6 months after arriving she was featured as the local real estate expert for HGTV's "Bang for Your Buck" feature on Buenos Aires property renovations!  She is now working with traveling foreigners, expatriates, and locals alike in finding the perfect residence in both Buenos Aires and other Latin American destinations.

Over the years Jaime has not only represented hundreds of clients all over California and now Argentina and Uruguay; but she has also bought, sold, and rented her own her properties.  Her real estate knowledge is fairly inherent having been raised in a "real estate family" she started working in the business with her father at a young age.   She is a sixth generation San Francisco Bay Area native and lived in the city of San Francisco for the twelve years until moving to Buenos Aires in early 2010.  She has a keen understanding of the business derived from her diverse experiences very unique in today's continuously changing international market.  The Latin markets can be a challenging, but Jaime has found it relatively easy to just implement her decades of real estate understanding here. Her clients have found her personalized service somewhat unique here and have been quite appreciatvie and welcoming.

Jaime's reputation is one of integrity, trustworthiness, and unrelenting dedication to her clients.  She has a committed comprehension of market values, contract negotiation, and the transaction process.  Most importantly she understands that looking for a property is a stressful process for any client and she works tirelessly to alleviate these stresses.  Truly understanding her client's needs is her utmost concern and her client's will attest whole-heartedly to the insight she provides.

She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Legal Studies with a minor in English from Chapman University; she is also a licensed Realtor in the State of California.  Jaime has always been very involved in her community and has consistently volunteered with several philanthropic organizations including chairing many fundraising and volunteer committees over the years for the Bay Area Red Cross and Junior League of San Francisco.  In the time she has been in Buenos Aires she has networked herself very well within the community and true to her philanthropic roots is working with HelpArgentina in their fundraising efforts.
