Jaime is a sixth generation Bay Area native and has established a distinguished career in real estate. She has been a top producing agent for many years and has been officially working in the industry since 1994! Distinctive in the industry, she has listed and sold properties in five Bay Area counties! Jaime's focus is on the San Francisco and Marin markets possessing a keen understanding of the business derived from her diverse experiences unique in today's changing market. Jaime has a committed understanding of market values, contract negotiation, and the escrow process. Jaime was raised in real estate family and as a result she carries an instinctive approach to the business. She began her San Francisco real estate career at TRI/Coldwell Banker in 1998 during one of the city's most exciting and changing real estate times and in 2006 she joined the Hill & Co. family. As a ten year resident of San Francisco, Jaime provides valuable insight on the various districts, buildings, and neighborhoods. Over the past many years San Francisco's changes have introduced new districts, transformations in existing neighborhoods, building conversions, and an aggressive new construction surge. Jaime grasps how these changes may have a bearing on her client's real estate investment and she educates her clients on this impact.

She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Legal Studies with a minor in English from Chapman University. Jaime is very involved in the community and volunteers for several philanthropic organizations. She is extremely involved in the Junior League of San Francisco, a woman's fundraising organization benefiting children's education and The BizWorld Foundation, a program that teaches business to children across the cultural spectrum. Jaime also serves as the Event Manager for the annual American Red Cross Bay Area Gala and promotes other events for the organization throughout the year. She is a member of Symphonix an organization of young professionals who fundraise and volunteer events for the San Francisco Symphony; Black & White Ball Bash Beyond the Ball committee; Rebuilding Together Benefit Ball Committee Board Member; Golden Gate Sports & Social Club; and volunteers as needed for other community organizations.
