It also includes high-speed cable Internet with Wi-Fi signal. Additionally the newly renovated kitchen comes fully furnished. Equipped with a commercial grade stove/oven, eating area for four, washer and dryer and leads to the downstairs balcony. Completing this level is the half bath or toilette.

The second level includes two bedrooms and a full bathroom. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed, large mirrored closet, and a split air conditioning unit.
