ABOUT JAIME...

Jaime is a sixth-generation Bay Area native with an extensive 24+ year licensed career in real estate. She began her San Francisco real estate profession right after college and learned much enjoying successes with many of the city`s top companies including Compass, Pacific Union, Hill & Co. and TRI/Coldwell Banker. A recent transplant to Marin County from the city, she enjoys passing along local knowledge from San Francisco to her roots in the East Bay and now home in the North Bay.
Her professional background is unique and adventurous. In 2010 she seized a real estate opportunity and unexpectedly moved and opened a successful boutique real estate firm in Buenos Aires, Argentina. It was an eye opener doing business in South America and quite the experience! After a few years abroad she missed her family desperately and the San Francisco Bay Area real estate market, so with her Argentina business still going strong she returned to San Francisco in 2013. During her time abroad, she was featured as a co-host on several shows for HGTV including "House Hunters International", "Bang for Your Buck" and "Live Here, Buy This!"
For a little personal insight, Jaime takes her client's interests to heart. Her keen intuition in the profession came naturally thanks to her father who ran their family real estate brokerage for over 45 years - she started tagging along with dad on appointments as a kid. Over the past few decades, she has worked diligently and has had experiences unparalleled in the industry. Assisting clients in locating the perfect residence, investment, or development project is her passion and implementing her extensive knowledge is vital. She will say that much of the fun is in the negotiation process and making both sides feel they made a great deal is the goal. She has not only represented hundreds of clients all over California and internationally, but she has also bought, sold and rented her own properties, which translates into making each transaction inherently personal.
Jaime's business insight is simple - the sales process can be a stressful one...it is one of the top three stresses a person goes through in their life. She works tirelessly to not only alleviate these stresses for her clients, but aims to make it fun and enjoyable as well. From a standard residential trade to a 1031 dual-state exchange, to a complicated probate sale or multi-family investment…Jaime has represented clients successfully in every type. She attacks her profession with a personable approach and reputation of integrity, trustworthiness, and unrelenting dedication to her clients. Decades of knowledge in market values, hundreds of contract negotiations, and forward thinking are essential for the ultimate goal of closing the deal. To accomplish that sucessful end result entails truly understanding her client's needs, limitations and desires. The market isn't always an easy one...she understands the highs and the lows, but most importantly knows how to be creative to capitalize in any market.
Jaime has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Legal Studies with a minor in English from Chapman University. She spent time in Washington D.C. at a top Pennsylvania Avenue law firm in undergrad, spending countless days on the Hill and in the Supreme Court in a coveted prestigious internship. She is a licensed Realtor in the State of California, member of the National Association of Realtors and San Francisco "Super Regional" Association of Realtors.
In her spare time she is usually gardening or hiking with her yellow Labrador. She loves to travel extensively, but locally you might see her racing around in her late father's 1958 Porsche Speedster on a fun weekend adventure or headed to the mountains for skiing and outdoor fun. She is an avid sports fan and carves in golf too as a member of TPC Stonebrae Country Club located in her native East Bay hills.

Jaime is very involved in the community and has volunteered over the past 20 years for several philanthropic organizations; including chairing many fundraising committees, for BizWorld, Bay Area Red Cross, SF Ballet, SF Symphony and most extensively for the Junior League of San Francisco. Her most rewarding though was with "Back on Track", a non-profit tutoring program for under-privileged children.
