ABOUT JAIME...

Jaime Jensen Real Estate Sales Financial Strategist

I am a sixth-generation San Francisco Bay Area native with an extensive 25+ year career in real estate. After losing both my parents I was left with a complicated estate to execute on my own. This journey eventually led me to explore the estate & legacy planning and financial protection markets. Leveraging my decades as a real estate professional combined with my own personal experiences opened a unique pivot in my business and partnership with 8 Point Consultants. Just as my counsel in real estate encompasses all guidance necessary to buy or sell a home, my team of experts offer a comprehensive approach to life planning.

My decades of knowledge in market values, contract negotiations, and neighborhood histories are an invaluable resource to my clients both in real estate and financial protection strategies. I take a traditional holistic approach to life planning fused together with my decades as a luxury real estate professional to create unique opportunities.

My goal is to advise clients on how these two investment strategies can work together in building tax efficient capital while also protecting assets. Together with a team of strategic partners, we are able to collaborate and better guide each client directly. My personable approach to business and my reputation remains one of integrity, trustworthiness, and profound dedication to my clients.

I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Legal Studies with a minor in English from Chapman University.  I am a licensed Realtor in the State of California and member of the National Association of Realtors. Additionally, I am a licensed Life Insurance Producer with California Annuity Certification.

My heart has always been in volunteering and giving back. I have volunteered over the past 25 years for many philanthropic organizations including The BizWorld Foundation; plus chaired many fundraising committees, for the Bay Area Red Cross, SF Ballet`s Encore, SF Symphony`s Symphonix, and extensively for the Junior League of San Francisco. My most rewarding though was with "Back on Track", a non-profit tutoring program for under-privileged children. The student I started tutoring at age six, just graduated from high school and is off to college in the fall on an athletic scholarship! I could not be prouder.
