Before staging was even a "thing" top agents would advise their clients as to what they needed to do to "get the house ready for market." This is how I grew up in the business and it continues to be an included service for all of my sellers. Hiring a professional stager is usually preferred, but not always necessary. Whether your home already shows beautifully or could use a little make-over, my team will be there to help from start to finish. The way you live in your home and  the state it needs to be in when going to market are very different. We have years of experience advising our sellers on what needs to be done on both the inside of the home and in the yard.
